Glass Sculpture is a category comprised of any use of glass in a three-dimensional application that is independent of the windows and walls of the architecture that contains it. Most examples are suspended. Besides stained glass, other materials often used in these commissions are polished stainless steel, dichroic glass steel, aluminum, beveled glass and tempered glass. |
