Glas Abha Caislean (Green River Castle) in Ireland was the inspiration for this residential castle of the same name located on Blue Mountain near Fort Davis, Texas. The design for the chapel’s stained glass window combines hints of a Gothic tracery, a descending dove and imagery from the coincidentally named Green River that runs (when it runs) beside the castle..
