Dining
Room Windows

2.5' x 6.9' (0.76 x 2.1 m)
The design for this dining room area was limited to the center of three double-hung
windows by the budget. Because this room is used during both the day and
night, and is situated only a few feet from the next-door neighbor's house,
privacy was important.
The predominant white opak glass allows light to diffuse into the space, while accents of dark blue and blue green transparents add interest, depth and privacy. At night, when the colored transparent glass appears dark, additional interest is provided by the golden gleam of brass cames that comprise all curvilinear lines.
